Cooperation Process

1. Manufacturer contact and preliminary review

After getting in touch with the person in charge of 凯发, the manufacturer will provide the manufacturer's company profile, product introduction and some product samples. 凯发 will have professionals to investigate the manufacturer and test the samples.

2. Factory audit

After confirming the qualification of the manufacturer and the qualified samples, the quality department of 凯发 will arrange a special team to audit the factory, and at the same time, 凯发 will have special personnel to confirm the details of business cooperation with the manufacturer.

3. Signing the contract

After the factory audit is passed and the business terms are confirmed by both parties, in order to protect the rights and interests of both parties, 凯发 will sign a cooperation agreement with the manufacturer. After the contract is signed, the two parties will formally cooperate.

4. Product launch

According to the actual market demand in Indonesia, 凯发 works with manufacturers to formulate the best product line combination. The manufacturers provide pictures and texts according to the selected products, and 凯发 has specialized personnel to upload the information to ensure that the manufacturers' products are put on the shelves as soon as possible.

5. Data sharing

凯发 can provide real-time sales data of the manufacturer's products, as well as the average sales level data of similar products. According to the data provided by 凯发, the manufacturer can adjust the product line in time to follow the market demand.

Responsibility statement

1. The products provided by the manufacturer to 凯发 must meet the relevant standards of China, Indonesia and the industry, and strictly meet the product quality required by the manufacturer's product specification or warranty.

2. The product has no defects in design, material and manufacturing process, and the product is safe to use.

3. The product does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. All losses caused by infringement shall be borne by the manufacturer, and wook is not responsible.

4. The product is brand new and does not contain any used parts.

5. For the certification of products required by the Indonesian state, manufacturers should actively cooperate with the certification. 凯发 uses the advantages of local Indonesian personnel to help manufacturers complete the certification at the lowest cost.
